Insurance purpose

Insurance of property interests related to the life and health of the insured.

Insured

A legal entity that has permission to conclude an agreement on this type of insurance.

Insured insurance objects

Any natural person.

Insurance incident

An accident resulting in the death of the insured person, permanent or partial loss of working capacity. Emergency medical transportation and repatriation of the insured person.

  • Death;
  • Loss of one or more limbs, or one or two eyes;
  • Permanent complete loss of working capacity;
  • Disability.

As a result of the circumstances mentioned below, injuries to the insured are subject to exceptions:

 

  • The insured person is under the influence of alcoholic beverages, drugs or toxic substances
  • Injuries received as a result of the insured driving any vehicle without the right to drive a vehicle; intentional infliction of bodily harm, encroachment or attempt on himself by the insured; the impact of a nuclear explosion, radioactive or other radiation; earthquake, flood, flood and other natural disasters, epidemics;
  • Unless otherwise provided by the insurance contract, the fact that the insured is engaged in any sport related to his participation in training and sports competitions.

Providing information about the insured event

In the event of an insured event, it is required that the insured be notified to the insurance company or Assistant company immediately.

Insurance amount

The insurance amount is determined in accordance with the choice of the insured and the amount requested by the embassy requesting a visa.

Insurance fee

The insurance premium is calculated based on insurance tariffs.

Amount of exemption

Exemption does not apply to this type of insurance.

Insurance coverage area

Insurance coverage is valid only in the area specified in the insurance contract.

Dispute resolution

Disputes arising from this law shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, including in court.

Term of insurance contract

Unless otherwise provided by the contract, the insurance contract shall enter into force on the day of payment of the first part of the insurance premium or its full payment at 24: 00, but not earlier than the date of the start of the insurance period specified in the certificate
