The Dividend Policy determines the procedure for making decisions on dividend payments, the procedure for calculating the amount of dividends, and the rules for their payment, and is intended to inform other interested parties.

  • Providing information on the financial condition of the company, the results of its activities for the reporting period to users of financial statements, management, founders, as well as external users - investors, creditors, supervisory and state bodies;

On December 24, 2023, the 25th anniversary of our activity was celebrated.

On January 09, 2023, the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan issued a license to carry out reinsurance activities to Qala Sığorta company.

The integration process of SIMA-cloud – based new generation digital signature created by “AzInTelecom” LLC under the Ministry of digital development and Transport continues in the systems of partner organizations. Through SIMA, the next product of the company” Gala Insurance " became more accessible. After that, customers enter their personal Cabinet on the website of ”Qala Sığorta" with a digital signature and apply to the residential areas obtained on mortgage lending (apartments, private houses, etc.).) they will be able to carry out the signing of insurance contracts.

Qala Sığorta and @push30.az he launched a new health insurance program project called” Healthy Life". Employees of companies purchasing “healthy life”insurance product from Qala insurance will benefit from 10,000 AZN health insurance services as well as Push30 to 1 year sports services.

In order to support the victims of the earthquake in Turkey, Qala Sığorta and Qala Həyat insurance companies transferred donations totaling 30 thousand Manats.

Qala Sığorta received certificates under ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 10002:2018 standards within the framework of ISO International Standardization system.

Qala Sığorta, the company opened a representative office in the city of Nakhchivan, providing jobs to more than 10 local residents.

In 2022, the company's service network expanded further and Aran representation was opened in Kurdamir and Mugan representation in Bilasuvar.

The company applied to ISO international standards -9001 (Quality Management Standard) and 10002 (Customer Satisfaction Management Standard) certification organization and conducted a preliminary audit.

The number of employees of the company reached 159 people.

The company has taken the initial steps to electronically sign voluntary contracts with SIMA digital signature solution.

By the end of 2022, the total sales volume amounted to 40,355,197 Manats. Thus, the company achieved one of its strategic goals, gaining a foothold in the 5th place in the ranking table of the market. Insurance payments of the company amounted to 6,023,243 Manats.

In 2021, the company expanded its service network and opened representative offices in Guba and Beylagan.

Among the members of the Board of Directors of the company increased by 2 more people, and the total number reached 5.

In 2020, Qala Sigorta further expanded its service network by opening one more branch and three representative offices. Yasamal branch in Baku, representative offices in Sheki, Oguz and Goygol were put into operation and more than 10 people were provided with jobs.

The company has brought a new approach to this area, which is very risky, in support of farmers in the direction of ensuring agricultural risks.

In 2020, the company became one of the founders of the newly formed “Aqrar Sığorta Müştərək Sığorta Şirkəti”in the country. The first 9 insurance contracts of this project were signed with the mediation of “Qala Sigorta”.

The number of employees of the company increased by another 15 people.

According to the results of 2020, the total insurance premiums of “Qala Sigorta”OJSC amounted to 32,838,181 Manats, and insurance payments-3,360,761 Manats. Thus,” Qala Sigorta " OJSC became a large business entity for the first time since its inception.

In 2019, representative offices of the company in Tovuz, Barda, sales office in Beylagan and Central branch in Baku were opened.

The creative team of the company introduced 7 new insurance products, including “Əmin qala bilərsiniz", “Qala 100” and “Şərikli Kasko”.

The number of employees of the company increased by 30 people compared to last year.

The company won many large insurance procurement tenders.

According to the surveys on the results of 2019 “Qala Sigorta” OJSC was named the insurance company of the year by “Caspian Energu Club”.

In 2017, "Qala Sigorta" OJSC increased the number of voluntary insurance products to 22 and created a new sales strategy with a total of 26 types of insurance.

The company has created an extensive sales service network, covering all segments of the market, with the intention of being represented in the compulsory insurance market, in addition to individual, corporate, and bank insurance.

Since March 2017, it has actively introduced its products to the Insurance market with a new sales platform.

That same year, he became a member of the Caspian Energy Club and AMCHAM.

The company, whose number of employees has increased to 80, moved to a new office in September 2017.

At the end of 2017, it rose to 9th place in the ranking with a sales volume of 10,914,467 manat.

In 2016, “Qala Sigorta” OJSC completed its organizational work, formed its structure, and finalized the technical support process. The company became a member of the “Compulsory Insurance Bureau” and received permission to apply all 4 types of insurance in accordance with the requirements of the Law on “Compulsory Insurance”. That year, the company improved many types of voluntary insurance, bringing their number to 15.

In 2016, the company became one of the authorized insurance companies of the Mortgage and Guarantee Fund.

On September 30, 2015, the first and only reinsurance company of Azerbaijan - “AzRe Reinsurance” OJSC, acquired 100% of the shares of Chartis Azerbaijan Insurance Company and the company was renamed “Qala Insurance” Open Joint Stock Company.

In 2010, the company's name was changed to Chartis Azerbaijan Insurance Company.

Since 2000, the company has been a 100% subsidiary of AIG.

On December 24, 1998, American International Group Inc. (AIG) and Caspian Insurance, an Azerbaijani company, created a joint venture to serve customers in Azerbaijan and Georgia. The company started its activities under the name AIG Caspian Insurance Company.
